We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website — all payments are made directly as part of the formal Agreement for Sale process.

• To share plot availability, pricing, and project updates you've asked about

• Our own sales and site-visit team, to coordinate your enquiry or visit
• Our empanelled bank (currently ICICI Bank Ltd.) — only if you choose to pursue a home loan through the bank's approved-project financing for this project

4. Third-party links and services

This website links to external services we don't control, including the AP RERA portal (rera.ap.gov.in), WhatsApp, Google Maps satellite imagery, and (where linked) YouTube. Once you leave our site through one of these links, that service's own privacy policy applies, not ours.
