The only document that legally binds either party is a signed Agreement for Sale executed between you and the promoter.

We take care to keep plot status, pricing, and approval details current, and the plot layout shown reflects the layout approved by APCRDA. However:

• Plot status (available/sold/booked/mortgaged) can change between visits and is not a real-time guarantee of availability
• Prices are indicative and subject to revision without prior notice, until a written agreement is signed
• Distances to landmarks, and details of proposed infrastructure (such as the proposed railway station, airport, bullet train corridor, or ring roads) are approximate and sourced from publicly available information; these are government projects outside our control and are not guaranteed
• Where any information on this website conflicts with the official APCRDA-approved layout plan or the AP RERA registration record, the official government record shall prevail

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, and the interactive plot map — is the property of M/s. Sri Sairam Infra Projects unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

4. Third-party links
