A plain-language walkthrough — no property jargon, no technical knowledge needed. If you've never bought land before, start here.
This website shows you every plot at Sun Rise City, a residential open-plot layout at Ponnekallu, Guntur — which ones are still available, what they cost, exactly where the project is, and all the government approvals that make it legitimate. Everything you need to decide whether to buy is on here; nothing requires you to install an app or create an account.
If 233 plots feels like too many to look through one by one, look for the "Find my plot" button near the top of the page — it's the main button in the very first section you see. Tap it, and instead of browsing the whole layout yourself, you're asked four simple questions:
Tap "Show my matches" and you'll immediately see your best two or three matching plots, each with a short note on why it was picked for you (for example, "within your budget, small plot, East-facing"). Tap "View this plot" on any of them and it takes you straight to that plot on the map — no scrolling or searching needed.
Prefer to browse everything yourself instead of answering questions? Scroll to the section called "Pick your plot." You'll see a grid of small coloured boxes — that's the actual approved layout, redrawn so every plot is clickable. Each colour means something:
Above the map are two sets of buttons:
On a phone, the map is wider than the screen on purpose — just slide your finger left and right across it to see every plot, the same way you'd scroll a photo gallery.
Tap or click any coloured box and a card appears (on a phone, it's right below the map; on a laptop, it's beside the map) showing everything about that one plot: its size, shape and facing direction, which road it's on, the price, and whether it's a corner plot. This updates instantly — you don't need to reload the page or search for anything.
Found two or three plots you're torn between? On each plot's card, there's a button that says "Add to compare." Tap it on up to three different plots — a small bar will slide up from the bottom of your screen showing your selections. Tap "Compare" on that bar, and you'll see all your chosen plots lined up in one table — size, price, facing, everything — so you can decide without having to remember numbers or scroll back and forth.
There are two places prices show up:
In the section called "What a plot costs," you'll see a simple table: different categories of plots (standard, corner, road-facing) and what they cost per square yard, plus a few common plot-size examples already worked out for you in rupees.
When you click a specific plot on the map (see step 3), its card shows the exact rate and total price for that plot — this is the real, current number for that one plot, not a general estimate.
If you're planning to take a home loan, scroll to "Monthly cost." Drag the three sliders — how much you'd borrow, the interest rate your bank offers, and how many years you'd repay over — and it instantly shows your monthly payment, total interest, and total amount you'd pay back.
There's also a "Share this estimate" button — this sends the exact numbers you calculated to WhatsApp, so you can send it to a spouse, parent, or anyone else involved in the decision without them needing to redo the calculation themselves.
Scroll to "Where it sits." You'll see a real satellite map of the area — you can zoom in and drag around it to see roads, nearby buildings, and how built-up the surrounding area already is. Below it is a list of real distances to schools, colleges, and major roads nearby.
Want to see it in your own Maps app to plan a visit? Tap "Get directions" on the map — on a phone, this opens your phone's own Maps app with the route already set; on a laptop, it opens Google Maps in a new tab.
This is usually the biggest worry for a first-time land buyer, and it's addressed head-on in the section called "The paperwork." You can view or download the actual official documents — not summaries, the real government-issued papers:
You can also tap "Verify on AP RERA" to check the registration directly on the government's own website — not something the developer controls, so you can independently confirm everything matches.
Want the actual drawing — the one stamped and approved by the government authority, showing every plot, road, and open space exactly as sanctioned? Look for the "Download" button near the layout plan viewer, or "Download layout plan" further down the page. It downloads as a proper PDF file you can save, print, or forward to a lawyer or family member for review.
You'll see call and WhatsApp buttons throughout the site — including two small floating buttons that follow you as you scroll, in the bottom corner of the screen. A few things worth knowing:
If a plot's card shows it as "Booked," that means someone else currently has it on hold — but holds can fall through. Its card will show a button saying "Notify me if this opens up" — tap it, and it sends a WhatsApp message asking the team to let you know if that exact plot becomes available again, instead of you having to keep checking back yourself.
There's a "Common questions" section further down the page covering the things most buyers ask before booking. If your question isn't answered there, the fastest way to get a real answer is simply to tap the WhatsApp button and ask directly — a real person on the team will respond, not an automated system.
